A: SONICE will repair at no charge to the buyer, any product found to be defective in material or workmanship or functions, under normal use and conditions, for a period of 12 months, from the date of arriving buyer's destination.
During the warranty period, The Buyer will return the defective Product to SONICE with freight prepaid. The defective product should be packed in either its original carton or a similar package with good protection.
SONICE will return the repaired product with freight prepaid to the buyer.
If over the 12 months warranty period, SONICE can still offer free repairing service, but the buyer pay both shipping ways freight, and pay the needed material/parts charge.
Provide a suitable proof of purchase for the product. This includes a copy of the original invoice showing purchase date, model and SONICE Warranty Label.
This warranty only applies from the date of purchase of SONICE products.
The warranty is void as a result of:
1) Failure to install or use the product in accordance with the instruction manual.
2) Accident, abuse, negligence, misuse, improper operation of failure to the instructions contained in the owner’s manual.
3) Improper installation, vehicle electrical or wiring faults
4) Exposure to an excessive amount of dust, dirt or other unreasonable environment condition.
5) Tampering, alteration, repairs, service or modified made without SONICE consent;
6) Damage caused by Acts of God including earthquake, fire, flood, storm or other acts of nature.
7) The TFT screen is not be covered by warranty, the customer will be responsible for any broken of TFT screen during the use;
8) The SONICE Label on the product has been removed or altered.
A: Available. OEM Color boxes will be free on quantity of 500pcs boxes. when clients' products quantity is less 500pcs (or 500 pairs), clients should pay boxes fee for 500pcs in advance. Until total amount is up to 500pcs (or 500 pairs), all cost of color boxes will be returned to clients.
